Stop guessing what to work on next.

A written growth roadmap built for your business, your market, and the next six to twelve months.

What this is

Growth Strategy Engagement

A multi-week engagement that produces a written growth strategy for your business. We look at your offer, your pricing, your market, your customers, and your constraints — and deliver a roadmap for what to focus on next, what to defer, and what to stop doing entirely.

How it works

4–8 week engagement, weekly working sessions, final strategy document + presentation.

The engagement runs four to eight weeks depending on scope. It starts with a deep intake — interviews, data review, a look at customers and operations — and ends with a written strategy document and a presentation to you and anyone you want in the room. Between start and end, we meet weekly to work through findings.

Starts at $12,000

Who it's for

  • Business owners at a decision point — a new service, a new market, a pricing change, an acquisition
  • Owners who are busy enough to be making six- and seven-figure decisions on instinct alone
  • Businesses that have plateaued and can't tell whether the issue is the offer, the market, or execution

What you walk away with

  • Written growth strategy document (market, offer, positioning, roadmap)
  • Prioritized 6–12 month roadmap with sequencing and dependencies
  • Pricing and positioning recommendations
  • Final presentation to owner + stakeholders
  • Optional: introductions to execution partners we trust

Frequently asked questions

Can you just tell me what to do in a session, instead of running a whole engagement? +
Sometimes. If your question is narrow enough — one pricing change, one launch, one decision — a strategy session is usually the right fit and a lot cheaper. The full engagement is for broader strategy where the answer takes real work to find.
Do you work with my current team, or independently? +
Both. We prefer to interview your key people as part of the intake — they usually know things the owner doesn't. The final document is for the owner's decisions, not a committee.
Will you execute the roadmap? +
Kotik Consulting advises. Execution happens through whoever's the best fit for the work — one of our own teams, a partner we trust, or a vendor of your choosing. We'll make introductions where useful. You are never obligated to execute with anyone we suggest.
What if we realize mid-engagement that the real problem is something else? +
We reframe. Strategy work often uncovers a different root cause than the one the owner started with — that's a good outcome, not a scope problem. We'll discuss and adjust in writing before continuing.
