A standalone working session focused on a single problem — a launch, a pricing decision, a stalled project, a hiring call, a vendor choice. You come in with the question, we do prep work in advance, and we spend 90 minutes getting to a real answer. You leave with a written summary.

How it works

Single 90-minute session + written summary, delivered within a week.

You book a session, send us a short brief, and we do a few hours of prep before we meet. The session runs 90 minutes. Within a week, you get a written summary covering the decision, the reasoning, and suggested next steps.

What if one session isn't enough? +
It often is — the point of the format is to force a focused question and a focused answer. If you need more, we can propose a growth strategy engagement or a fractional retainer. You are never obligated to continue.
Can I bring my partner or co-founder? +
Yes. Sessions work well with up to three decision-makers. More than that and it becomes a facilitation exercise — we'd scope that differently.
What topics work best for a session? +
A specific decision or problem. "Should we launch X?" "Is our pricing right?" "Should I hire for this role?" "This vendor is underperforming — what next?" Broader strategy questions usually need a longer engagement.
Is this for individuals or businesses? +
Business owners. We don't do career coaching or individual career decisions.
